Errata v6

 As usual, thanks to Peter Glass for finding these errata.

Note: Keyed-Answer Lookup keys will be used to identify changes.
Key layout is CCX-KKPP where CC is the clue number, X is A(across) or D(down), KK is the puzzle code, and PP is the puzzle number. Example: 8 down in Cryptic 11 with code RE is 08DRE11.

Note: some of these may be fixed in your copy depending on when you purchased it.

Major problem: For puzzle 28, the code should be 'AZ' not 'MA' - don't know how that happened. The KAL listing at the end is fine and 28's answers are found under code 'AZ'.
